Option 3 seems by far the most interesting direction to go. I'd love to see the new developments connected with Fisketorvet, public transit below, and the meat packing district on the other side of the bridge. There is a lot to do on both sides of the bridge, and connecting the two in a calm, accessible manner would really benefit the area. Running a car lane straight down the middle of it seems like a poor use of the space.
