I think the development plans in Amager Fælled are simply wrong and must be stopped. The area is an oasis in the city of Copenhagen, and taking away from it is a crime to future generations to be able to enjoy nature in the city. Children in Copenhagen often don't have the oppotunity to experience wild places, especially of a lower income, and it's an imporant part of their development to be able to play freely in the outdoors. Copenhagen is known as a child friendly city, surely this is part of this. By decreasing the area of Amager Fælled, it is reducing the ammount of wild space, and that is taking away it's essential role. The city properties will be more valuable in the future if the land is kept as it is. Surely there are other opporunities to create more housing, such as increased densification. I'm a Canadian that has now made Copenhagen my home, and I pay my taxes here. I think about starting a family, but I fear for my children not being able to have acess to nature, which is so important for their health.  For the future generations, please stop the building in Amager Fælled. We have the chance now to protect something that will only increase in value in the future. For example, New York City is famous for their central park and don't build on it despite how expensive the land must be. Copenhagen's central park is Amager Fælled, especially as the city expands in the future.
