Høringssvar vedrørende Kvarteret ved Bella Center - lokalplan 508

It amazes me that in Ørestad there is no real parking solution like in other cities in DK. In Tårnby there is free parking along most roads in the kommune for both residents and non residents, and the same goes for Frederiksberg and Dragør kommune, and these are just the first three kommunes that come to mind. Strangely enough even in other parts of Kbh Kommune there are 2 hr parking zones and residents can apply for a parking permit, yet not even these exist in Ørestad, which seems strange because Ørestad is still part of Kbh kommune. I welcome the proposal and think that the area around Bella centre will be embellished but I think that it's a complete disgrace in regards to the parking situation, which is completely being ignored. I believe that residents should be able to purchase a parking permit at the same cost as other Kbh residents and that 2 hr parking should be available just like other parts of Kbh kommune. Unfortunately the only thing available is 15 min free parking in a few limited spots and private parking with companies like euro park for around 800kr per month. It seems to me that commercial interests are blinding the Kommune at the expense of the residents.
