This consultation is regarding the impact of the new project in the area.
The new limit height of the proposal for this area is considerable different from the current one, that means that it will affect to the sun hours that neighbours building would have per year, as the same as the views to the sea from certain neighbors buildings.
That could mean, that the value of the residential buildings and quality of life of their inhabitants near the new proposal may suffer from devaluation due to this new posible reality. Is there any plans to take in consideration this issue?
