We firmly believe that option 2 is the only suitable choice for smaller institutions.
Our experience shows that such places provide a nurturing environment, essential for sensitive children's adjustment to childcare. The consistency, care, and trust fostered in these settings are unmatched. Our child has flourished in such an environment, forming quick bonds with compassionate caregivers, and benefiting from activities tailored to their development. The quality of care and expertise on child development in these smaller facilities has been exceptional. We are deeply concerned that options 1 and 3 could jeopardize the quality of care, the working conditions of staff, and children's daily lives, potentially threatening the survival of smaller institutions.
We hope that the benefits of option 2 will be recognized.
