Hi, I think that the height of the buildings should not go above what is the norm right now (47m) Moreover, I am concerned that the bridge cannot support so much traffic....not to mention the traffic congestion (cars, bikes and pedestrians) that would be created by having an IKEA in the area right next to a big shopping mall.
