Høringssvar vedrørende Teglværkshavnen tillæg 7 - lokalplan nr. 310-7

In order for Teglholmen to succeed in the long run as a renewed and revitalised part of the city, we need to invest in sports facilities, cultural experiences and businesses instead of building more and more apartments. The local infrastructure is already limited and at capacity. The area will not be able to sustain the influx of residents - and the residents themselves will not stay - if they do not have access to all the resources and facilities needed to support their daily lives.
