Høringssvar

Dear Københavns Kommune Bliv Hørt, As a resident living in the ground floor, our concern is the lack of the daylight coming to our apartment through out the year. Increasing the height of the building from 8.5 meters to 14.5 meters means that the new building will prevent the daylight coming to our apartment big time especially during spring and summer. The street's width seems to be okay due to the fact of low height of the current building. With the new building it will be felt as narrow and we would feel compressed and depressed like the situation in most parts of Oesterbro. The traffic congestion and noise will increase in the street due to the increase of population (~50 more people relocating). Keeping in my mind that we are having problems in finding parking places for our cars, the project will increase the lack of car parking places. In addition, the construction period will be a hassle and stressful where we are families who have young kids. It is very important to have as much as daylight in an apartment in Denmark. The lack of daylight might decrease the resale value of our property which will be unfair to us where we bought it without knowing that the outside environment will affect the property's value negatively. In conclusion, I kindly request you revisit the project from those perspectives and review the building's height and try to find a common ground for us, residents that will make everyone happy and satisfied. Look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, Kutay
